The New Brunswick Interscholastic Fencing Finals took place at Antonine-Maillet in Dieppe on Friday, June 5. Twenty-five fencers from five schools in southeastern New Brunswick competed for the 2026 interscholastic championship title: Antonine-Maillet (Dieppe), Camille-Vautour (St. Antoine), Carrefour de l’Acadie (Dieppe), Le Sommet (Moncton), and Mgr François-Bourgeois (Shediac).

Competition ran across four events — Senior Boys, Senior Girls, Junior Boys, and Junior Girls — with four schools represented on the podium.

Congratulations to all participants — and especially to Antonine-Maillet, which won the champion school banner. A big thank you to the participating schools, our volunteers, and to Guy Gautreau, Fencing-Escrime NB, and the DSFS for their support.
